The Power of Experiential Learning to Drive Inclusive Mindsets and Behaviors

This workshop will introduce participants to the power of experiential learning and how to properly implement it in support of diversity & inclusion efforts.

Throughout the workshop you will learn:

• What is experiential learning and the importance of including marginalized groups in the planning and delivery.
• How to properly prepare facilitators from marginalized groups and be able to avoid the dangers of poor preparation.
• How to utilize experiential learning and put it in practice.
