Emmanuel Michael, a Leadership and Career Success Coach, is a seasoned and highly sought-after strategic business leader with over 20 years management experience spanning various industries such as multidisciplinary engineering, information technology, hospitality and financial services, of which over 15 years have been in human resources management practice. Between March and August 2017, he held forth as the Interim CEO & Head of HR at Letshego MFB, a national microfinance bank in Nigeria. He is currently the Head of Human Capital at Letshego Nigeria.
Emmanuel is a globally certified HR practitioner (SPHRi:registered:, HRPL, MCIPM, MITD), subject matter expert with the HRCI (USA), CIPM (Nigeria), a Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB), and member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). He serves as a career and business mentor on various mentoring platforms which include The Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, The Joel Omeike! 100 Young Professionals Network, The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Google Launchpad Start, FATE Foundation, and The Incubators Africa, amongst others.
