Filipe Roloff is a Diversity and Inclusion Leader at SAP LABS Latin America, and Global Diversity and Inclusion Leader at SAP's Lifetime Customer Experience team.

He was a TEDx speaker in 2018 and 2019.

Filipe was twice elected one of the 50 LGBT+ global future leaders by Financial Times, Outstanding List, 2017 and 2018 and winner of the Brazil Excellence Award, 2018, from Out & Equal Advocates.

He has a master's in Strategic Design - Social Innovation at Unisinos, researching Diversity Driven Innovation, from corporative diversity collectives.

He is a co-founder of Pride Connection Brasil, inter-company network created to foster sharing of best practices of LGBTQ+ Inclusion, in 2016 and current national leader and a Consultant at Ponte, Solutions for Inclusion.
