With a unique background that includes over 20 years of experience in the corporate and nonprofit world as a senior executive, board member, entrepreneur and executive coach, he has developed globally progressive strategies to ensure individuals, organizations, and communities will thrive during times of exponential change.
Jim has been recognized on the Global Diversity List as one of the top 50 global diversity and inclusion professionals and was awarded Roche's Innovation Award for his impact on their transformation to an agile and inclusive organization.
Jim served as the Global Head of Inclusion and Diversity for Roche’s Pharma organization with more than 40,000 employees in 120 countries. At Roche, Jim designed and implemented their first global diversity and inclusion strategy that integrated talent processes, business objectives, and company values.
Prior to Roche, Jim served as Vice President at American Express where he led their future of work strategies. He has also held senior roles in both technology and finance. Jim currently serves as the Board President for the Ceres Project, an NGO that prepares and delivers medically tailored meals to the most vulnerable in our society that are living with life threatening health conditions.
