Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at ThoughtWorks
A feminist at heart with a strong belief that an inclusive organizational culture brings about the best in teams and individuals. Tina drives the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) charter at ThoughtWorks, globally. This includes the DEI strategy and long term vision. Areas of focus include Women in Tech, Social Inclusion, Support and Solidarity to the LGBTQI community, building a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging and Disability Inclusion. This also includes key programs under the DEI charter.
With a passion for social change, Tina is also part of the global Social Impact Program at ThoughtWorks. She has run various initiatives in the past including the Humanitarian Software Program, an effort where we partner with socially focused orgs to provide pro-bono s/w development services. She has partnered with external orgs like Anita Borg Institute, Solidarity Foundation and Periferry to drive various programs. She is also part of the CSR Committee and the Anti-Sexual Harassment Committee at ThoughtWorks.
Tina has had the opportunity to play various strategic & leadership roles in her 20+ years of work experience. She has also contributed to Employer Brand & Demand marketing, MarCom’s, Recruitment Outreach programs, Diversity and Inclusivity programs, Social Impact initiatives, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Employee engagement programs & Graduate Development & Training initiatives.
