After all of the diversity training and plans, true inclusion will be elusive if organizations are not deeply connected to marginalized communities.

- How can organizations build strong relationships with communities that have historically not trusted them?

- How can organizations with minimal staff diversity build connections and partnerships with diverse communities?

- How can organizations create opportunities for regular feedback and engagement from perspectives that are underrepresented in company decisions?

This workshop will address these questions and show how organizational leaders can become more proximate to diverse communities to better serve their needs. Participants will learn how to develop a "proximity plan" to address their biggest gaps in community engagement and partnership.
