For the past 14 years Bianca has been responsible for creating and implementing Inclusion, Diversity (I&D), Engagement and Change Management strategies for Fortune 500 companies across multiple markets. Currently she heads People Experience & Engagement for KPMG in Singapore looking at enhancing the employee journey and their sense of belonging and passion.

Most recently Bianca has led I&D and Wellbeing for Visa Asia Pacific, and prior to that, led I&D at JP Morgan Chase, AIG and American Express across Asia. She headed the I&D practice for Mercer in Asia and have spearheaded strategy, business development and branding, as well as change, talent and performance management projects throughout her career.

A certified facilitator in cultural awareness, change management and cultural transformation. International profile and I&D and wellbeing thought leader speaking on various conferences (such as the UN CSW Global Conference, Global Talent Leaders in Berlin and multiple Talent and Inclusion Forums in the Asia Pacific region).
