Having previously led learning and development for 3,000 people at Europe’s leading venture builder, Blenheim Chalcot, Fiona knows a thing or two about how to build high performance culture. As Head of Programmes and D&I at Hive Learning, she has pioneered the organisation's leading peer learning programmes, which are designed to turn learning into action.

Fiona led the inception, development and delivery of Inclusion Works - the world’s first digital diversity and inclusion programme focused on turning unconscious bias into conscious action. Inclusion Works has since helped numerous FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organisations worldwide accelerate the pace of change around diversity and inclusion.

Fiona is a regular speaker at industry events, has facilitated numerous impactful sessions for major organisations, and is also the host of iTunes’ #1 inclusion podcast.
