As the AVP, Head of Enterprise Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Sun Life, she is charged with creating and implementing enterprise wide strategic plans, enabling the organization to leverage inclusion to demonstrably drive innovation.
Sarah is a strategic business partner, skilled in delivering substantive inclusion strategies that span organizational culture, learning, inclusive talent management and metrics that assess the impact of DE&I initiatives.
A graduate of the University of Toronto, Sarah lives in the Greater Toronto Area with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she is a self-declared neat freak saving the world from clutter, one space at a time.
