Iman Refaat has 15 years of experience in translation and localization industry. Iman is a Master's Degree holder in translation studies from Cairo University with general grade Very Good. She works as a full-time Assistant Lecturer at Badr University in Cairo (BUC), part-time Language Development Team Lead at Arabize company (Alex Office), and previous full-time Section Head at Arabize Company (Cairo Office). Iman is a Mentor at Women in Localization Mentoring Program and a freelance Quality Assurance Manager/Consultant, Project Manager/Team Leader, Trainer/Coach, and Vendor Manager for local and international companies/organizations.

She is eager to transfer the knowledge of localization and translation technology to the university students and fresh graduates in order to develop their skills according to the current market needs.
