Lisa Balser is an award-winning Group Creative Director and a Certified Diversity Executive whose passion is purpose-driven, cause-related, needle-moving, glass-shattering work that impacts business and the people in it. Lisa’s personal experiences around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging motivate her to help diversify the pipeline and modernize advertising culture, and drove her to launch New & Improved, a change agency on a mission to change agencies, brands, and business.
Her goal is to help everyone at every level identify — and act on — their DEI call to action. Lisa is a featured awards show judge, podcast guest, panelist, and moderator. She teaches and creates diversity programming at The Creative Circus, and has served as a One Club Boot Camp Mentor, a 3% Conference Speed Mentor, a MAIP Mentor, and a 100 Roses From Concrete G.R.O.W.T.H. Mentor.
